摘要：

目的　比较胰岛素泵 (continuoussubcutaneousinsulininfusion ,CSⅡ )和每日多次注射胰岛素 (multipledailyin jections,MDI)治疗 2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法　每日多次注射胰岛素治疗的 2 0例 (男 8,女 12 ) 2型糖尿病住院患者改用胰岛素泵治疗 ,根据毛细血糖监测结果调整胰岛素用量 ,比较泵前、泵后胰岛素用量 ,血糖控制情况 ,低血糖发生率。结果　应用胰岛素泵能显著快速改善血糖控制 ,且明显减少胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率。结论　胰岛素泵疗效明显优于每日多次胰岛素注射
