分析广东电力市场 ,鲤鱼江电厂扩建工程西电东送虽然面临某些风险 ,但从长远看能弥补广东省“十五”后期电源缺口 ,由于由广东直接调度 ,可避免现有电力管理体制下不利于竞争的不明因素的干扰 ,有利于电厂发挥最大的经济效益。
