胃泌素释放肽前体在小细胞肺癌诊断及预后的临床价值

摘要：

胃泌素释放肽前体(ProGRP)作为一种新的小细胞肺癌的肿瘤标志物,双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)方法显示对小细胞肺癌诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性。相比神经元特异烯醇化酶(NSE)更适宜用于小细胞肺癌的早期诊断。ProGRP在小细胞肺癌治疗与预后监测上也体现了优越性。临床研究发现,肾小球滤过率降低是假阳性的主要因素。临床上联合检测ProGRP和NSE,对小细胞肺癌的早期诊断、监测疗效及预后价值更大。
