摘要：

互联网使用方式中的上网了解国内外新闻事件与现实政治参与呈负相关,而上网发表个人对各种公众事物的看法、意见则与现实政治参与呈显著的正相关。因而,在网上发表个人对各种公众事物的看法和意见的网民虽然是全体网民中的某一部分成员,但却是全体网民中现实政治参与程度最高的一群。
