<正> 成纤维细胞生长因子(Fibmblast Growth Factor,FGF)和其他细胞因子一样是哺乳动物和人体中一种正常的非常微量的物质,然而其生理功能却非常广泛,在临床上有重要价值。早在1940年,Trowcll和Hoffinan等就在组织提取液中发现一种能促进成纤维细胞生长的物质,但只是近十几年来,才对成纤维细胞生长因子的特性作出较为详细的研究,能促进成纤维细胞生长的因子也包括:白细胞介素(ILs),肿瘤坏死因子(TNFs),血小板衍生生长因子(PDGFs),转
