高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化的超声与临床研究

摘要：

目的　探讨高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化的超声和临床意义。方法　对48例高血压患者进行了颈动脉超声检查,并与15名正常人作对照。结果　高血压及高血压合并心脑血管并发症患者颈动脉内中膜厚度高于对照组(P<0.05)。高血压合并心脑血管并发症组颈动脉搏动指数和阻力指数高于单纯高血压组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论　颈动脉超声检查可以了解全身动脉粥样硬化的情况及心脑血管疾病存在的可能。
