心肌梗死伴消化道出血患者的临床特点

摘要：

<正>心肌梗死(myocardial infarction,MI)和消化道出血都是危害人类健康的严重疾病,二者似乎不相关,治疗手段上也互为抵触。但临床上常能见到二者先后发病,表现为MT后消化道出血和消化道出血后MI。消化道出血分为上消化道出血和下消化道出血,表现为便潜血或胃液潜血阳性、黑便、柏油便、鲜血便、呕血,伴或不伴血红蛋白下降。一方面,部分MI患者发病后易出现消化道出血,一旦出现消化道出血,
