胰腺癌发病的高危因素分析

摘要：

胰腺癌的发病同多数肿瘤一样,是环境因素与遗传因素共同作用的结果,研究胰腺癌的高危因素,并对高危人群进一步筛查是提高早期诊断率、降低死亡率的有效措施之一。其中吸烟是胰腺癌发病的独立危险因素,长期的尼古丁摄入促使胰腺癌的发生,饮食方式可能也很重要,但很难对其进行评估。胰腺癌的发病率随着年龄的增加而增加,男性好发,与糖尿病、慢性胰腺炎等疾病有着密切的联系,胰腺癌发生之前有很多分子标志物的变化,对这些标志物的筛查可能会在将来的早期诊断中发挥重要作用。
