番茄下胚轴系列切段离体培养反应的研究

番茄下胚轴系列切段在离体培养中,在外源IAA,玉米素和TIAB刺激下,其愈伤组织诱导表现如下:1.切段两端愈伤组织生长明显受外源IAA影响,随IAA浓度增高,两端愈伤组织大小趋于相等;IAA浓度变化不能改变两端愈伤组织质上的差异;胚轴不同部位切段间愈伤组织生长略受低浓度IAA的影响。2.外源玉米素对切段两端愈伤组织生长和质的作用较小,略影响胚轴不同部位切段间愈伤组织生长。3.外源TIBA明显促进切段上端愈伤组织生长,并改变上端愈伤组织质地。4.外源IAA与TIBA有削弱胚轴切段极性现象的作用,而外源玉米素则无此效应。
