摘要
本研究以国有企业领导为研究对象,以有效领导行为为研究内容,采用组织绩效、员工的情感承诺和持续承诺为效标,考察领导行为的有效性。研究得出8种主要的领导行为,并根据各效标对领导行为的有效性进行了分析,研究发现在中国文化环境背景下,中国的有效领导行为表现出一些独特的特点。
