摘要：

文章旨在通过对大学生在线健康信息检索行为特征及模式进行研究,为网络健康信息服务的开展提供有益参考。通过质性研究中的参与观察法,借助质性分析软件NVivo11对选定的25名研究对象的观察视频资料进行统计,对大学生在线健康信息检索行为的特征及模式进行分析。研究发现,大学生在线健康信息检索行为表现出明显的跟随性,检索式构造花费时间精力少,注重对检索结果的浏览和筛选。高频检索模式主要有返回重选网页模式、重构检索式模式和更换检索平台模式。
