<正>变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)是特应性个体接触变应原后主要由IgE介导的鼻黏膜慢性炎症反应性疾病,表现为鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕和鼻塞等症状。近几十年来,AR在世界范围内患病率呈增高趋势,对患者的生活质量、工作和学习造成负面影响。另外,AR还是支气管哮喘的发病危险因素。本文结合AR的发病机制,对目前的治疗策略和措施进
