肿瘤坏死因子α基因多态性与脑梗塞的相关性

摘要
目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)启动子多态性与脑梗塞 (CI)的相关性。方法 用序列特异性引物和荧光染料SYBRGreenⅠ聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)结合熔链曲线分析 ,对 4 2例脑梗塞患者 (CI组 )和 31例健康者 (对照组 )的肿瘤坏死因子α多态性进行分型。结果 TNFα等位基因分布频率在CI组和对照组之间的差异无显著性。结论 肿瘤坏死因子α基因多态性与CI的发病可能无关联。
