摘要：

目的　从治疗学的角度研究幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)阴性慢性浅表性胃炎 (CSG)与功能性消化不良 (FD)的关系。方法　将Hp阴性CSG患者 2 14例随机分成自身交叉治疗组和病例对照试验治疗组 ,用常用的慢性胃炎治疗方案 (甲方案 )和FD治疗方案 (乙方案 )进行自身交叉试验和病例对照试验 ,比较甲方案和乙方案的疗效。结果　在病例对照试验中 ,甲和乙方案的总有效率分别为89 2 %和 88 5 % ;在自身交叉试验中 ,甲和乙方案的总有效率分别为 81 8%和 89 8% ,甲方案和乙方案疗效比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　Hp阴性CSG与FD密切相关 ,二者可能是相同范畴的疾病。
