摘要
果糖是软饮料的主要成份, 果糖分解代谢不同于葡萄糖的代谢途径, 无限速酶、没有负反馈。果糖在分解过程中可以产生大量的尿酸、乳酸、甘油二酯以及其他的代谢中间产物。这些代谢中间产物导致机体的能量代谢应激, 从而导致胰岛素抵抗, 脂质合成过多, 以及内皮功能障碍, 最终导致肥胖、高尿酸血症、非酒精性脂肪性肝病等代谢综合征组分的发生。
