发展性阅读障碍工作记忆机制的研究进展

摘要
发展性阅读障碍是儿童学习障碍中最主要的类型,迄今为止,国内外关于其发生机制、核心认知缺陷的理论相当丰富,且每种理论都获得了一定的支持性结果。恰当整合各领域研究成果,对于深入了解阅读障碍的特点,以及阅读障碍的早期筛查、干预及治疗有着重要的意义。近年来的研究表明,工作记忆模型能够较好地综合已有遗传学、认知、脑功能等领域的研究结果,对于阅读障碍的理解是一个较为理想的视角。概述了近年来对于阅读障碍者工作记忆机制的研究成果。
