摘要：

<正> 脂肪是动物体的重要组成部分,它是饱和及不饱和长链脂肪酸的甘油脂,例如,人体脂肪中的脂肪酸主要为 C14至 C22偶数长链脂肪酸,饱和及不饱和脂肪酸含量比约2:3,其中,油酸,亚油酸分别占15.9%和9.6%。
