摘要：

德国可持续发展模式是在合作联邦主义国家与社会市场经济体制的基础上,通过传承传统思想资源、完善法律制度、开展民间环境运动、实现政党绿色转型、强化企业社会责任、重构社会整合,依靠政府、市场与社会之间相互合作与互动而形成的。2002年以来推出的《国家可持续发展战略》及其进展报告,对于德国的经济、社会和环境政策转向可持续发展发挥了重要作用,并为当今世界的绿色经济、绿色增长或绿色发展提供了可借鉴的实践经验。
