摘要：

经济全球化和社会信息化程度的不断加深使得一国要素结构与技术水平的动态化特征愈加明显,因此,传统的静态比较优势理论已经不能解释如今日新月异的国际贸易格局变化。本文从要素结构变化、技术水平变迁、福利效应和政策等角度,对国外动态比较优势理论的研究进展和成果进行了系统的归纳和分析。
