摘要：

本文构建了区域金融创新指标评价体系,包括金融市场创新、金融机构创新、金融产品创新以及金融监管创新4个一级指标和11个二级指标;并以山东省为例,测度、比较一个省近年来金融创新水平的变化,以及省内各地市间金融创新水平的差异,在此基础上提出促进区域金融创新的建议。
