摘要：

癌前病变是一个由量变到质变的过程,该过程中发生变化的基因主要有细胞周期调控基因、细胞黏附和运动基因、细胞生长、增殖、分化调控基因及相关蛋白、细胞凋亡基因、代谢酶基因、转录因子及相关蛋白基因,另外还存在端粒酶、DNA异常甲基化、缺失和倍性变化以及中心体变化等。
