摘要：

对国外创新型城市研究成果进行总结,从创新型城市内涵、研究进展、评价指标体系、建设成功经验等方面进行深入分析,藉此提出了对我国建设创新型城市的20字建议:"审时度势,扬长避短,以人为本,品牌营造,政策保障"。未来还需结合中国实际情况对国外创新型城市研究成果进行中国化,借鉴其研究方法及理论成果,加深对我国创新型城市的研究,以推动我国创新型城市健康发展。
