<正>疼痛是癌症患者最常见的症状,癌症患者中约50%存在不同程度的疼痛,其中40%50%是中、重度疼痛,25%30%是剧烈疼痛,晚期患者合并疼痛的发生率高达70%90%,严重影响着患者的情绪和生活质量[1]。世界卫生组织（WHO）确立的三阶梯镇痛原则,推动了强阿片类止痛药在全球癌痛患者中的合理应用,为癌痛的规范化诊疗提供了依据[2]。但是有研究表明,阶梯止痛的应用使
