摘要
介绍了分子标记的4 个系统:①非PCR 标记系统;②以RAPD 为代表的单引物PCR 系统;③由两个引物引起的选择性扩增片段多态性(AFLP) ;④以SSR( 或microsatellite) 为代表的两个引物的PCR 系统,以及它们各自的特点。同时还提出了在具体应用时应从5 个方面考虑、选择合适的标记系统。
