70例严重创伤后血糖变化与预后

摘要：

目的　研究严重创伤后血糖变化与预后的关系。方法　选择 70例严重创伤急症病人 ,采用强生有限公司提供的血糖测定仪及血糖试纸 ,于伤后就诊时即刻检测血糖水平 ,并选择 30例同期轻度创伤急症病人的血糖作对照。结果　严重创伤后血糖明显升高 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　创伤后体内血糖代谢明显异常 ,血糖的高低与创伤程度呈正相关关系 ,与创伤预后呈负相关
