新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤时c-fos、c-jun基因表达和神经细胞凋亡的关系

摘要：

目的 :研究新生鼠缺氧缺血性脑病所引起的c fos和c jun基因表达和神经细胞凋亡的关系。方法 :用RT -PCR和斑点杂交方法研究新生鼠缺氧缺血后c fos和c jun基因在脑中的表达。结果 :c fos在缺氧缺血后 3 - 4天 ,在躯体感觉皮质区 ,海马回CA3区和基底节区持续表达。结论 :c fos和c jun基因表达是新生儿缺氧缺血后评价细胞凋亡的重要指标。
