摘要：

For the formulation of the development strategies for sci tech information resources construction before 2020,2010 and 2005,this paper points out that we should shift our stress on“possessing”information resources to stress on“integrating”information resources.Based on this viewpoint,the basic idea for the integrated construction of information resources is explored.The basic practice of implementing“Integrated Data Environment”strategy in the US is described.
