摘要：

90年代金融发展理论突破了麦金农—肖的框架，并融合了内生增长理论的一些积极因素。90年代金融发展理论家建立了大量的理论模型，旨在阐释金融体系是如何内生形成和发展的以及金融体系是如何作用于经济增长的，并在此基础上，提出了一系列有关金融发展的政策主张。
