摘要：

随着生态补偿相关研究工作的逐步开展,生态补偿政策评估研究逐渐增加。通过总结近年来国内外相关研究文献,发现国外的研究较多,内容较宽泛,多集中在理论、机会成本、影响因素、农牧民补偿意愿以及补偿效益评估等方面;国内研究较少,多集中在补偿意愿和效益评估方面,且评估指标简单、分散,评估方法和技术手段处于探索阶段,效益评估无法将气候与政策剥离,其它政策与补偿政策剥离。尽管这些问题的研究非常复杂,但却为生态补偿政策评估的进一步研究提供了思路和方向。
