摘要：

ｔｅｌｉｔｈｒｏｍｍｃｉｎ为酮内酯类抗菌药，对甲氧西林敏感性葡萄球菌、万古霉素敏感性肠球菌、肺炎链球菌及其它各类链球菌具高度抗菌活性，对流感嗜血菌、粘膜炎莫拉氏菌的抗菌作用与阿奇霉素相仿。ｔｅｌｉｔｈｒｏｍｙｃｉｎ具良好的药物动力学特性，半衰期长，组织穿透性好。本文对ｔｅｌｉｔｈｒｏｍｙｃｉｎ的体外、体内抗菌活性及药物动力学特性等方面作一综述。
