改进的奇异值分解在轴承故障诊断中的应用

摘要
滚动轴承是旋转机械设备的重要部件,对滚动轴承的故障诊断研究具有重要的意义。为了从复杂的轴承振动信号中提取有效的故障信息,提出了改进的奇异值分解故障诊断方法。阐述了奇异值分解与包络谱分析的原理,并对轴承振动信号构造Hankel矩阵进行奇异值分解。利用功率谱密度函数构造滤波器提高信号的信噪比,对滤波器处理后的信号再进行奇异值分解和包络分析,并将此方法应用于滚动轴承振动信号分析。实验结果表明:此方法对振动信号故障特征频率的提取效果具有明显优势。
