尿激酶动脉内灌注治疗大鼠脑栓塞的实验研究

摘要：

作者改良制作适合动脉内溶栓治疗的大鼠自体血块脑栓塞模型,用氢清除法监测局部脑组织血流量(rCBF)。栓塞后同侧 rCBF 平均下降88.9%,脑电图波幅显著下降。以尿激酶(UK)作颈内动脉灌注实验性治疗。1小时后 rCBF 显著提高(P<0.01),经 UK 治疗后动物存活时间比对照组显著延长(P<0.05)。
