<正>卒中(stroke)是一种突发性脑血液循环障碍性疾病,又称脑血管意外,多见于脑动脉狭窄和闭塞的患者[1]。据统计,脑卒中是全球范围内第二大常见死亡原因和第三大常见致残原因,全世界每年约554万人因卒中死亡,其造成的经济负担逐年加重,尤其是在发展中国家[2-3]。令人欣喜的是,近几年随着人们健康意识的提高和医学的进步,卒中的病死率在逐年减低[4,5]。然而,疾病治疗的目标不仅是延长生命,也要提高患者的生活质量。
