摘要：

<正>肌少症是一类以进行性的、广泛性的骨骼肌量和肌力减少以及骨骼肌功能减退为特征,进而导致机体功能和生活质量下降甚至死亡的综合征[1]。在全球其发病率逐年增高,目前已成为威胁老年人健康,影响老年人生活质量的重要危险因素。肌少症的诊断包括3个要素,即肌量减少、肌力减少和肌肉功能减退。肌少症不仅会增加残疾、跌倒、骨折的风险,降低生活质量,还会增加罹患糖尿
