摘要：

空间经济理论一直以集聚经济研究著称,却在空间尺度上为地理学家所诟病。其理论完善过程,一方面表现在由国家—区域向城市、厂区尺度的细化反映出共享、学习和匹配机制的转换,其要素异质性帮助构建了集聚的微观机制;另一方面,传统空间经济理论忽视非经济因素和政府作用,从而给了雅各布和主流经济学以理论空间,并产生国家—空间治理理论。在审视我国经济发展空间的基础上,提出新时代我国现代经济体系的构建应在空间上重新配置经济活动,即通过尺度重构来完善区域经济战略,以达到重塑我国经济地理的效果。
