老年人认知功能的变化轨迹:基于潜变量增长模型的分析

摘要：

选取完成四次跟踪调查的1816名老年被试,采用潜变量增长模型建模,探讨老年人认知功能的变化轨迹及其影响因素。结果显示:(1)老年人认知功能呈非线性的下降趋势;(2)日常生活活动能力与受教育水平对老年人的认知功能具有积极的影响;(3)吸烟、饮酒以及性别对老年人认知功能的影响不同。吸烟对老年人认知功能的影响没有达到显著性水平;在且仅在初始测查中,饮酒者的认知功能高于不饮酒者;女性的初始认知功能低于男性,但在变化速度上不存在显著差异。
