摘要
绝经后雌激素的减少导致血源性生长因子与干细胞、单核细胞和淋巴细胞产生的炎症前细胞因子增多 ,并对核因子 (NF) κB配基的受体激活剂抑制作用减弱 ,从而刺激骨髓的破骨细胞前体———粒细胞巨噬细胞 集落形成单位 (GM CFU)分化成为破骨细胞。当破骨细胞形成过多 ,而与成骨细胞数量失衡时则导致了绝经后骨质疏松的发生
