摘要：

事件相关电位的晚期成分P3与认知功能密切相关,因而在痴呆的诊断中具有一定价值。本文就痴呆患者的P3变化,P3的敏感性和特异性,P3的横向研究和纵向研究及P3用于鉴别诊断进行综述,认为其应用前景广泛。
