护理干预对老年患者全髋关节置换术后功能康复的影响

摘要：

目的:观察护理干预对老年全髋关节置换术后功能康复的影响。方法:对行髋关节置换术的120例老年髋部骨折患者的治疗护理观察资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术后髋关节Harris评分,干预组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预组Barthel指数明显高于对照组,GDS抑郁评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预对全髋关节置换术后功能康复具有一定价值。
