<正>核酸检测技术(nucleic acid test,NAT)是一种新兴的献血者血液传染病检测技术,在许多发达国家和地区已普遍应用于献血者血液筛检。本文从NAT检测的必要性、血液NAT检测技术简介、目前已商品化的NAT检测试剂情况等方面进行综述,并探讨我国血液NAT检测的可能发展趋势及需注意的问题。
