黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶对培养心肌细胞的损伤及硒的保护作用

摘要
向培养心肌细胞中加入黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶(X-XOD)后,动作电位的APA、OS、Vmax及APD减少,MDP、TP水平上移;细胞在MEM中搏动率降低,加钡后细胞收缩频率迅速增加,且X-XOD作用时间越长,上述改变越显著。X-Mo的作用与此类似,但较轻。加硒则能逆转上述的细胞损伤性变化。这表明X-XOD和X-Mo均能造成心肌细胞损伤,硒对心肌细胞有保护作用。
