摘要：

基于国内外关于农业灌溉用水效率评价的已有研究,在明确区分灌溉技术效率和灌溉经济效率的前提下,分别对国外和国内研究现状和进展进行归纳,进而总结灌溉效率影响因素的相关研究。最后,指出了已有研究的不足之处和今后需要进一步研究的重点问题。
