摘要：

"空间规划"代替传统的土地利用规划成为欧洲规划的新形式。基于对"空间规划"兴起背后原因的分析,研究其核心内涵的演变历程,总结"空间规划"的主要原则和基本特征,并将其与土地利用规划、战略规划、区域规划等传统规划理念进行比较分析。认为"空间规划"作为一个综合框架具有整合所有关于"好的规划"理论的优势,"空间规划"的新理念对于中国规划的未来发展具有借鉴意义。
