摘要
脑水肿是缺血性脑血管病的常见并发症,它的产生是一个复杂的病理生理过程。目前研究表明缺血性脑水肿与水通道蛋白(aquaporins,AQPs)表达的变化、血脑屏障通透性的增加、脑缺血后出现的炎性反应及可引起多种损伤的自由基的作用等多种因素有关。其中,AQPs是新近发现的一组具有水选择性的细胞膜转运蛋白,特别是AQP4和AQP5与缺血性脑水肿有着较为密切的关系。
