摘要：

抑郁症反复发作,缓解期患者的社会功能仍然可能受损,其原因为残留的认知功能障碍。文章就近年来缓解期抑郁症的神经心理测验、神经影像学研究以及对认知功能有影响的临床特征进行综述。
