<正> 所有原因导致的停药(all-cause treatmentdiscontinuation)率及停止治疗药物前所经历时间(time to discontinuation,TYD),分别指不管何种原因导致治疗终止患者所占进入治疗患者的比率和患者从开始服药至停止服药前的平均所经历的时间。从生物统计学角度而言,上述指标沿用的是生存分析的概念,即在对慢性疾病的疗效及预后作考量时,将
