摘要：

全球治理是全球化与全球问题发展的必然要求与逻辑结果。然而,无论在理论还是实践中,全球治理都面临种种困境。当前,地区主义在迅速发展,并出现了像欧盟这样一些比较成功的地区治理范例。地区主义的发展及地区治理的成功实践为陷于困境中的全球治理提供了可能的路径选择。
