短暂性MCAO大鼠注射天麻素具有神经保护作用

摘要
目的:探讨天麻素对缺血性脑损伤的神经保护作用.方法:通过线栓技术闭塞大脑中动脉(MCAO)2h诱导建立暂时性局部脑缺血模型,SD大鼠腹腔内连续注射天麻素3d.采用TUNEL染色测定缺血边缘区细胞凋亡;免疫组织化学染色观测S100β和iNOS蛋白表达.结果:MCAO后3d,天麻素组大鼠脑梗死边缘区TUNAL+细胞数目明显减少(P<0.05);S100β和iNOS+细胞数目下降(P<0.05).结论:天麻素可以抑制脑缺血诱导的细胞凋亡,具有神经保护作用;S100β和iNOS蛋白表达的下调可能涉及到天麻素的抗细胞凋亡作用.
