摘要
加速产品开发是企业在时间上获取竞争优势的关键。本文从讨论产品开发时间的定义出发,分析了影响产品开发时间的因素,提出了缩短产品开发周期的对策,如追求渐进的产品创新,改进产品开发过程,运用新技术,由跨职能团队来承担产品开发工作,加强对产品开发前期的管理等。论文进一步分析了产品开发的时间战略的战略优势及其适用性。
