<正>骨关节炎是一种中老年人常见疾病,作为一种进行性增生性疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量,该病的诊治正受到越来越多的重视[1]。2014年,国际骨关节炎协会(OARSI)更新推荐骨关节炎治疗指南,全面总结比较了目前31种保守治疗方法,认为虽然这些保守治疗方法已在临床上应用多年,但仍没有一种能够使软骨损伤获得真正意义上的治愈[2]。并且在药物治疗方面,诸多与软骨修复有关药物均缺乏循证医学推荐证据,而临床实际诊疗中似乎与推
